الملخص:

تناولنا في هذا البحث قضية من أهم القضايا اللغوية؛ إنَّها الصوتيات البلاغية التي انحدرت من العلم الآخِذ في وقتنا الراهن أهمية بالغة في إطار المناهج الإنسانية الجديدة، والتى طبقت على علوم اللغة بمستوياتها الأربعة الصوتية والصرفية والنحوية والدلالية، بيد أنَّا تناولنا في بحثنا هذا المستوى الصوتي باعتبار اللغة أصواتًا ومكوَّنة من مجموعة الكلمات التي تنظّم الجمل، والهدف من هذا البحث الكشف عن علم البلاغة ومراحله وعلاقته الوثيقة بعلم الأصوات، وقد تتبعنا لإظهار هذه العلاقة منهجًا تحليليًّا وصفيًّا لكلٍّ من علميْ الأصوات والبلاغة، وقد توصلنا في النهاية إلى أنَّ العلاقة بينهما علاقة اعتباطية مقصودة – كما هو بين الكلمة وأحرفها-، وكذلك ظهر لنا أنَّ عملية الصوت النطقية تدخل في تجاوب الحواس وبالأخص البصر، والسمع يؤديه الجهاز النطقي حركة وتسمعه الأذن وتراه العين حين أدائه.

Abstract

In this research, I dealt with one of the most important linguistic issues, which is rhetorical phonetics, a science that has taken on great importance at the present time within the framework of the new humanistic approaches that have been applied to language sciences at its four levels, phonetic, morphological, grammatical, and semantic. However, we focused in our research on dealing with the phonetic level of it because of its importance. Considering that language is sounds and is made up of a set of words that organize sentences, the aim of this research is to reveal the science of rhetoric, its stages, and its close relationship with phonology. To demonstrate this relationship, we followed a descriptive analytical approach for both phonology and rhetoric, and we ultimately concluded that the relationship between them is Intentional arbitrariness in that the relationship between the word and its letters is arbitrary. Likewise, it has become apparent to us that the process of sound is a verbal one that is involved in the response of the senses, especially sight and hearing. The vocal apparatus is performed by movement, the ear hears it, and the eye sees it when it is performed.
